Terms of Service

By using WireDrop as a creator or as a buyer, you agree to the terms below.

What WireDrop is

WireDrop lets creators sell short audio answers. Buyers pay upfront to submit a question and receive a voice reply of up to 60 seconds.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. WireDrop keeps a 10% platform fee and the remaining 90% is paid out to the creator once the answer is delivered.

Delivery and refunds

Creators aim to answer within 48 hours. If a question goes unanswered or breaks these terms, the payment can be refunded in full and the creator receives nothing for it.

Acceptable use

No illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, and no requests for regulated advice presented as professional guarantees. Accounts that break these rules can be removed.

Prohibited content and enforcement

WireDrop strictly prohibits the creation, monetization, or distribution of: (a) Adult content, explicit nudity, or sexual services; (b) Intellectual property or copyright-infringing material; and (c) Content promoting violent extremism or hate speech. WireDrop operates a strict zero-tolerance repeat-offender policy; any creator account found violating these rules twice will be permanently banned and terminated from the platform.

Automated detection and removal

WireDrop programmatically screens every buyer question and every creator-written profile field against this policy before payment can be taken. Matches are blocked at submission, borderline content is queued for review, confirmed violations are demonetized and removed with the buyer refunded, and the creator page is suspended immediately. Anyone can also report a page directly from it, which files into the same review queue.

Ownership

Creators keep ownership of the audio they record. Buyers get a personal, non-transferable right to listen to the answer they paid for.
